JUNO C. CABAÑEZ-VICERA

Overview

Juno graduated cum laude in 2002 with a degree in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines National College of Public Administration and Governance. She earned her LL.B. from the UP College of Law in 2006.

After admission to the Philippine Bar in 2007, Juno joined Lim & Leynes. Rising through the ranks, she became a Partner in Leynes Lozada-Marquez in 2015. Throughout her years in legal service, she developed her practice in civil law, corporate law and litigation for diverse clients, from service and supply contracting industries, to real estate and development.

She also has substantial experience in due diligence investigations, transactional counselling and compliance with procurement laws for large-scale construction projects. In the last few years, Juno headed a multi-million dollar share acquisition in a local service provider by an established foreign equity fund.

Clutter.

I am an animal welfare and environment advocate, as well as a history buff.
