Overview

Raffy earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila School of Law in 1999 and he also received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1995. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in the year 2000.

After a stint in Puyat Jacinto & Santos, Raffy established the law office of Paredes Garcia & Golez in 2006 where he was the Managing Partner.

Raffy is an authority in corporate and commercial law. An expert in tax planning and structuring, assessments and audits, estate planning and settlement. Raffy has extensive experience in representing clients before the SEC and  BIR.

What made you decide to be a lawyer?
Knowledge of the law is also very useful even if you do not practice as a lawyer.
What motivates you to be a better lawyer?
I believe that one can never stop learning.
